Dr. Halvorson's Halloween Party

Jake's partner at work, Dr. Halvorson, has an annual Halloween Party. Costumes are required, so we went as Captain Hook and Tinker Bell.

Lilly was pretty excited about my costume. And the fact that she got to stay at Joy Joy and Poppy's house while we were gone!

Pumpkin Carving

It wouldn't be Halloween without carving a pumpkin. Lilly is ready to get started!

Jake holds the knife, while Lilly displays her strong muscles, and Lucy is busy organizing her toys.

Trick or Treat

We went trick or treating with our neighbors, Bailey and Emma Catherine again this year. The girls had so much fun. Lilly was a Pirate, and Lucy was a bunny.

Halloween Party

Lilly's class had a Halloween Party, and I got to help. All the kids wore their costumes and had a special lunch of Chic-fil-a chicken nuggets and cupcakes! After lunch, they sang some special Halloween songs.

A Trip to the Zoo!

We went to the zoo to check out the new lion cubs. They were so cute!
